About this file
This document is a Request for Negotiations letter from the Arizona Department of Administration (ADOA) State Procurement Office, issued on October 18, 2022, addressed to Gruber Technical Inc (DBA Gruber Power Services), located in Phoenix, Arizona. The letter is specifically regarding solicitation BPM004328 and is sent to Rita Lomoglia, the Government Team Account Manager, via email. The communication is initiated under Arizona Revised Statutes 41-2535 and R2-7-C314, which allow the state to conduct negotiations with offerors determined to be in the competitive range or reasonably susceptible for award.
The letter indicates that the state has reviewed Gruber Technical Inc's proposal and found it reasonably susceptible for potential award. The state is requesting negotiations to discuss potential improvements in three specific areas: Exceptions, Pricing, and Best and Final Offer (BAFO). The document provides specific negotiation time slots on October 19th, 25th, and 26th, 2022, during morning hours in Arizona time. The state emphasizes that this notice of susceptibility is not a commitment to award and that if Gruber chooses not to participate in negotiations, their original proposal will remain unchanged. The primary point of contact for these negotiations is Rana Schultz, Statewide IT Procurement Manager.
