About this file
This document is a reflected ceiling plan (Sheet A2.01) for HVAC renovations at CFMO Building 1707 for the West Virginia Army National Guard. The drawing was prepared by The Thrasher Group, Inc., an architecture firm based in Bridgeport, West Virginia, and is dated June 2026. The plan is part of the construction documents for the HVAC renovation project at the Williamstown Army Aviation Support Facility (AASF #1285) located at 1285 Aviation Drive, Williamstown, West Virginia 26187. The reflected ceiling plan illustrates the layout and design specifications for the ceiling systems that will be affected by the HVAC renovation work.
The construction work includes three primary contractor responsibilities as outlined in the plan notes: removal and replacement of all existing acoustical ceiling tile and grid at the same height as the original installation, removal and reinstallation of all ceiling-mounted mechanical and electrical devices including lighting, detectors, security systems, and fire alarm equipment in their original locations, and coordination with new ductwork and HVAC equipment installations as detailed in the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) drawings. This reflected ceiling plan serves as a coordination document to ensure that all ceiling-related work aligns with the broader HVAC renovation scope and that existing building systems are properly managed during the renovation process.
