The letter confirms that PWCC has been granted accreditation status, valid for 36 months from the survey date of September 30, 2025. The accreditation decision is based on demonstrated compliance with NCCHC health care standards during the facility's recent survey and reflects an ongoing commitment to maintain compliance over the three-year accreditation period. The next scheduled NCCHC survey for PWCC is anticipated to occur prior to September 30, 2028. NCCHC has provided PWCC with access to a publicity kit to promote the facility's accreditation achievement and will share the accomplishment in NCCHC's digital newsletter and social media channels.
