F-16 Brake Control System Performance Specification
The Performance Specification (PS) will be distributed as a controlled document. Registration through the Joint Certification Program (JCP) website, or approval through the Foreign Disclosure Office (FDO) is required:
1. JCP registration is required for all United States and Canadian (domestic) companies (Offerors).
JCP must have an “active status” listed. Creating or re-activating an account is wholly the responsibility of the Offeror, and may take up to 8 weeks.
2. FDO approval is required for all companies (Offerors) considered foreign owned, parented, or otherwise non-domestic (i.e.; outside of the United States and Canada). Requesting approval via the contracting office is wholly the responsibility of the Offeror, and may take up to 8 weeks.
Validation or providence of authorization in accordance with the requirements below is wholly the responsibility of the Offeror. Individual(s) requesting controlled PS documentation on behalf of an Offeror must meet ONE of the following requirements below prior to requesting:
1. The individual is listed as the JCP POC under the (primary company/Offeror) cage code.
2. The individual is listed as one of the POC(s) under the SAM.Gov registration (primary company/Offeror) cage code.
3. The individual is listed as a POC on an official (primary company/Offeror) website. The website will need to have a valid traceability to the primary proposed cade code (e.g.; the website is listed on the SAM.Gov registration, the website has the cage code listed, and etc.).
4. The individual is authorized by one of the aforementioned POCs to receive controlled data on behalf of the Offeror (for the primary proposed cage code).
Failure to register through JCP, or garner FDO approval, and lack of valid or authorized POCs may result in delayed receipt of the PS controlled documentation. It is highly advised that all Offerors complete these steps (above) immediately, and report any questions and/or concerns to Ryan Peacock ryan.peacock@us.af.mil.
Please note: the PS is in the clearance process, no changes are anticipated; however, it requires clearance and confirmation of the information that currently exists in the PS. The cleared version will be released to all parties, however, the release of this document does not constitute new/updated information. If at any time the PS requires an update, all interested parties shall be informed, and a formal amendment to the solicitation will be completed.
