This Scorecard is based on HDR’s analysis of potential LEED credit attainment given the current proposed design and information provided by the owner.
HDR will perform its services with the degree of sk ll and care normally exercised by similarly situated members of the profession performing similar services at the same time and in the same locale as the Project. Credits and points may move from Yes to Likely or Unlikely or No throughout the design and construction process. Credit attainment is ultimately decided by Green Business Certification Inc. (GBCI) and is beyond HDR’s control.
