About this file

This file is a detailed Service Provider Information attachment (J-0200000-09) for a NAVFAC MAXIMO work order interface, version 3, current as of December 3, 2015. The document provides a comprehensive field-level specification for service providers to submit work order data, including 42 specific data fields with precise formatting requirements. Key fields include work type, description, location, asset number, status, priority, start and finish dates, labor and material costs, and utility outage information.

The interface is designed for pipe-delimited file submissions with strict validation rules, such as matching predefined value lists in Maximo, using specific date formats (MM/DD/YYYY), and requiring exact field lengths. Notable requirements include populating work order details like service provider reference codes, asset numbers, target completion dates, and GL accounts. The document emphasizes data accuracy, with many fields having specific crosswalk requirements and default behaviors if left blank, ensuring consistent data integration between contractor systems and NAVFAC's Maximo platform.
