About this file

This document package includes a DD Form 254, Contract Security Classification Specification, and a Sources Sought Notice for a potential Satellite Communication In-Service Engineering Agent support solicitation. The DD Form 254 specifies a Top Secret facility clearance level and safeguarding requirements for classified information generated under the effort. Contractors may have access to information up to the Top Secret level and will require a Top Secret personnel clearance. The performance work statement involves providing ISEA support for SATCOM systems to the Fleet across the SPAWAR enterprise. The Sources Sought Notice was issued by SPAWARSYSCEN Atlantic seeking small businesses to provide the SATCOM ISEA support. An industry day was held on March 13, 2019 at Camp Pendleton to discuss draft evaluation factors and the draft PWS. The response deadline for capabilities statements was extended to June 1, 2018. The anticipated award is two separate contracts for SATCOM support services based on areas of responsibility and discrete PWS requirements.
