All required fields must be completed electronically, with prices incorporating direct costs, indirect costs, freight, and profit as specified in the Scope of Work. The estimated quantities provided are for evaluation purposes only and do not guarantee any minimum or maximum purchase commitment.
Pricing terms are firm-fixed throughout the entire contract term with no price increases permitted during the Blanket Purchase Order period. All price decreases must automatically be extended to the Authority, and any cost increases require bona fide proof and a minimum of ninety days' advance written notice, with no retroactive adjustments allowed. Invoices must be itemized with detailed material costs and supporting documentation for any part exceeding $500, with payment contingent upon proof of actual replacement part costs. Contractors must guarantee that quoted prices are equal to or less than those offered to any other local, state, or federal government entity for equal or lesser scope services, and the net dollar amount of profit must remain firm with no profit increases permitted during the contract term.
