About this file

This is a Scope of Work exhibit for Invitation for Bid (IFB) 250457 issued by the Orange County Transportation Authority (OCTA) for miscellaneous auto and shop supplies. OCTA requires various auto and shop supplies on an as-needed basis to be delivered to two specified locations: the Garden Grove facility at 11790 Cardinal Circle and the Santa Ana facility at 4301 W. MacArthur Boulevard. The contractor must maintain resources to supply all items listed on the accompanying Price Summary Sheet and deliver ordered supplies within four business days of order receipt during standard business hours (Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., excluding holidays). All supplies must be new and unopened, properly identified with manufacturer numbers and descriptions. The contract has a two-year term with a budgeted amount of $500,000.00.

Pricing for all items on the Price Summary Sheet must remain firm and fixed throughout the entire contract period with no increases, surcharges, or adjustments permitted. For miscellaneous supplies not listed on the Price Summary Sheet, the contractor must obtain written approval from OCTA's Material Management Planner before processing orders, with pricing based on current published sources less the contractor's applicable discount. Product substitutions may be accepted on a case-by-case basis only with OCTA's prior written approval and a cross-reference guide demonstrating equivalency. The contractor must provide standard manufacturer warranty on all items and replace or credit defective, damaged, or non-compliant items within 15 days of notification at no cost to OCTA. Invoices must be submitted via email to VendorInvoices@octa.net and include the purchase order number, delivery location, order date, itemized details, and proper documentation for miscellaneous parts exceeding $500 unit price to verify pricing. Failure to comply with invoice requirements will result in payment processing delays.
