About this file

This document is an ICE file related to a Request for Quotes (RFQ) submitted by the Orange County Transportation Authority (OCTA) in California for CyberArk Workforce Password Manager licensing. OCTA seeks quotes from authorized CyberArk resellers for the renewal of 150 CyberArk Workforce Password Management licenses, Part# IWPM-B2E-USER-SAAS. The contract term is one year, effective June 27, 2026 through June 26, 2027. All responding firms must be authorized CyberArk resellers and providers; submissions from unauthorized resellers or those proposing alternative manufacturers, models, or part numbers will be deemed non-responsive or result in a "No Bid" determination and will not be considered for award.

The budget allocated for this effort is $11,719 for the one-year term. Award will be made on a lump sum basis to the lowest responsive and responsible firm. Winning firms must provide proof of authorized CyberArk Workforce Password Management reseller status as a condition of award. No alternative products or pricing structures are acceptable under this RFQ.
