Document Section Contractor Question Government Response
Amendment A00001 Question and Answer Sheet
Answer 140
If line-numbering is “outside “ the 1 inch margin, that would require a reduction of margins for text to allow for the line numbering. Our assumption is that the Government's intent was to allow line numbering to be placed in the 1-inch margin, thereby not affecting the text or text margins, is that assumption correct?
This requirement is hereby deleted from the RFP.

Please confirm the correct formula should be "=+E85*G85" and if yes, please provide updated Attachments J.9, J.10, and J.11.
This formula is hereby updated within Attachments J.9, J.10, and J.11 Pricing Worksheets.

Section L.3.2,
2) (d); Section L.3.4
Table L.3.2-1 identifies Volume 1-4 as being within Binder 1. Section L.3.2, 2) (d) asks offerors to “bind each proposal volume in three-ring binders.” Section L.3.4 Submission of Proposals asks offerors to deliver one Binder 1 and one Binder 2. Should the offeror submit Volumes 1-4 in one binder titled Binder 1 that contains all 4 volumes in one 3-ring binder or should each volume be in its own, independent 3-ring binder?
