text: Contract is for facility maintenance services in facilities that process classified information. Actual knowledge, generation or production of classified information is not required for performance of the contract. Cleared personnel are required to perform these services because visual and aural access to classified information cannot be precluded by escorting personnel. Any classification guidance will be provided by the using activities.

Contractor(s) will not have unescorted access into the Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) facilities and spaces in Special Operations Command South SCIF areas or Non-SCIF areas (when/if TS/SCI TSCIF spaces are activated). Employees will require unescorted access throughout these facilities in the collateral SECRET areas to perform their facility services and functions.

10e(2): Access to Non-TS/SCI is required because intelligence information is involved, and the User Agency is responsible for ensuring that the additional security requirements outlined in various DCI Directives are incorporated in the guidance provided to the contractor and are tailored to the performance requirements of the prime contract.

10j: The User Agency will be responsible for providing the contractor, in writing, the safeguards necessary for protection of FOUO information. The contractor is responsible for incorporating those safeguards into any subcontracts.

11a: The contractor will perform his services on the US Army leased site at Homestead. This includes the Special Operations Command South Headquarters Building 600 (a predominately open storage "SECRET" processing facility with approximately one fourth of the facility designated a Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility ), Building 736 (also a"SECRET" processing facility) and Building 741, which has selected areas that where information classified at the SECRET level is processed and stored.

11j. Approval of the User Agency is required for imposing OPSEC requirements on a contractor.
