D01.05ARS. Doral Bldg 9. This facility has a total of 6,820 SF of space receiving services (excludes utility and storage spaces and interior retail and vendor spaces that do not receive scheduled custodial services, and reduced by 15% for furnishings), See Technical Exhibit D01.05.
D01.05ARS-1. Doral Bldg 9 (Common Area) AAFES ARS. These facilities consist of Bldg 4 (ACP1/East Guard House, 215 SF) and Bldg 5 (ACP2/West Guard House, 215 SF). The total facility space receiving services in these facilities is 430 SF (excludes utility and storage spaces that do not receive scheduled custodial services, and reduced by 15% for furnishings); See Technical Exhibit D01.05.

SPECIAL NOTES:
(1) Trash/Recyclables shall include all trash receptacles in AAFES common areas, to include those immediately outside the AAFES facility in the exterior seating area along the south wall.
(2) Contractor shall remove Trash/Recyclables from a consolidated AAFES collection point immediately outside the rear service corridor building entrance and transport it to the appropriate installation mixed trash and mixed recycle dumpsters at the northeast corner of the installation at 5:00 PM daily (1D).
(3) Final Floor Sweep, Wet Mopping and Spot cleaning and in food court area and common corridor shall be performed between 4:00 PM and 5:00 PM daily after food vendors have closed.
(4) USAG funded Wet Mopping one time per week (1W) applies to the AGB Area C Corridor that leads from the rear exit of AAFES to the rear of the Bldg 3. See Technical Exhibit D01.05.
