Q – It’s noted that there are a number of activities called out in the RFP for which no CLIN is identified. Examples include site survey, kickoff meeting, and program meetings. In the interest of comparable vendor pricing, we would ask to which CLINS you desire these activities to be charged.

A – Refer to the PWS paragraph 4.6.1 and the associated CDRLS and charge appropriately.

Q - Aircraft Drawings – are drawings for the area effected by the installation of the LCWS available for the aircraft to be modified?

A – No, however after award this can be opened for discussion.

Q - Are electronic 3D models of the “W” model drawings available?

A – The “W” drawings are available in .dwx, .dxf and .plt format.

Q - Are analyses performed in support of the “W” model LCWS design and installation available?

A – Not at this time, after award we can open discussion.

Q - CMM coverage is discussed in PWS 4.7.1, referring to 4.10.6. 4.10.6 is “reserved”. Please clarify. Please further clarify if CMM is required in with concert with installations.

A – See changes to PWS paragraph 4.7.1. in the forthcoming PWS revision.

Q - Will the Government issue a GBL for shipments in support of overseas installations?

A – No, the contractor will be responsible for shipments. Reference the Other Direct Costs – Kit Transportation CLINs that are in place for each aircraft platform.

Q - PWS 4.6.10.2 references LSCS. We assume this is LCWS?

A – Yes, LSCS is supposed to be LCWS. The latest revision of the PWS will reflect this change.

A – See PWS paragraphs 4.7.1 and 4.7.2.

Q - PWS, Security, Paragraph 4.11.7: What level is required by security classification that is listed in Security Classification Guides of the systems in the PWS? Specifically which personnel need to have a clearance? Can you please clarify further on requirements for Security?

A – See PWS paragraph 4.11.7

Q - RFP: There is an element of design involved per PWS, can those CLINS that involve design be priced as CPFF?
