| Profit adjustment formula -- could be two formulas -- one for overrun and one for underrun - is there just one adjustment formula requested by the Govt? |
There can be two profit adjustment formulas proposed – one that addresses the overrun scenario and another that addresses an underrun scenario. Alternately, offerors may choose to propose the same profit adjustment formula for both scenarios.
