· Q: What if customers will not respond to Past Performance Questionnaires (PPQ)?
· A: PPQs are used as another data point to validate information received from sources such as Past Performance information Retrieval System (PPIRS), Federal Awardee Performance and Integrity Retrieval System (FAPIIS), phone interviews and other information received as a result of this RFP. If no PPQs are received it will not in and of itself reflect negatively upon the offeror, but may result in an incomplete evaluation of the offerors past performance if no other information is available.
· Q: Who is the incumbent contractor?
A: Due to the nature of the current contract that information cannot be released at this time.
· Q: What is the small business set-aside?
· A: This is a 100% small business set-aside.
