About this file
This document is a Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) that specifies the data items required for an AN/ALE-47 Countermeasures Dispenser System (CMDS) hardware procurement. The CDRL lists 22 line items for various Line Replaceable Units (LRUs) and Shop Replaceable Units (SRUs) that make up the CMDS system, including part numbers and national stock numbers. The data requirements include Acceptance Test Procedures, which must be submitted in draft and final versions for Government approval. Contractors will be required to perform Environmental Stress Screening, Interchangeability Testing, and First Article inspection and testing on the LRUs prior to production. The anticipated solicitation for this procurement will be issued by the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center, with an anticipated release on or around 9 April 2024 and award around June 2025. This will be a Firm-Fixed Price contract using Tradeoff source selection procedures, with a 12-month base period and four 12-month option periods. Foreign companies are not permitted to participate.
