Issued by
Department of the Air Force Materiel Command Lifecycle Management Center Robins Air Force Base

About this file

This document is a Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) for the ALE-47 Countermeasures Dispenser System (CMDS) hardware procurement contract. It specifies the data items the contractor must provide, including a Reliability and Maintainability Test Plan, Status Reports, Technical Reports, Production Status Reports, Integrated Master Schedules, Meeting Agendas and Minutes, Data Accession Lists, and Government Furnished Equipment transaction data.

The related federal contract opportunity is a pre-solicitation notice for the ALE-47 CMDS hardware procurement. It indicates the Air Force plans to issue a solicitation for LRUs and SRUs that make up the ALE-47 CMDS, which is an integrated, threat-adaptive, reprogrammable, computer-controlled airborne defensive system. The solicitation will use tradeoff source selection procedures, with award anticipated in June 2025. The contract will have a 12-month base period and four 12-month option periods, with a Firm-Fixed Price pricing arrangement. Unqualified contractors will undergo a 36-month qualification period prior to production. The government reserves the right not to award production orders until all LRUs are qualified.
