About this file
This document is a Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) for the ALE-47 Countermeasures Dispenser System (CMDS) Hardware Procurement contract. The CDRL specifies the data items the contractor must provide to the government, including a Reliability and Maintainability Test Plan, Status Reports, Technical Reports, Production Status Reports, Integrated Master Schedule, Meeting Agendas and Minutes, Data Accession Lists, and Government Furnished Equipment Detail Transaction Status Data. The frequency, format, and distribution requirements for each data item are detailed.
The related federal contract opportunity is for the procurement of the AN/ALE-47 CMDS, an integrated, threat-adaptive, reprogrammable, computer-controlled airborne defensive system that dispenses countermeasure decoys. This is a pre-solicitation notice indicating the Air Force intends to issue a solicitation for this requirement. The anticipated RFP release is around April 2024, with award around June 2025. A firm-fixed price contract with a 12-month base period and four 12-month option periods is anticipated. Foreign companies are not permitted to participate. The acquisition will use tradeoff source selection procedures to evaluate proposals and make a best value award decision.
