About this file
This is an Expected Deliverables document for the State of Oklahoma's Office of Management and Enterprise Services (OMES) Central Purchasing division related to contract SW0310M for Community Paramedicine Consulting Services. The contract seeks consulting services to develop deployment strategies for Community Paramedicine (CP) and Mobile Integrated Healthcare (MIH) initiatives throughout Oklahoma, with potential extensions to integrate with Rural Health Transformation Program (RHTP) initiatives. Primary deliverables are organized into three main categories: Community Paramedicine Deployment Strategy, which includes baseline assessment and landscape analysis of existing CP and MIH programs, EMS vendor support, deployment strategy development utilizing peer state examples and national best practices, and launch and implementation support; Community Paramedicine Payment Model, which encompasses service definition and structure, sustainable reimbursement rate development, payer engagement strategy, provider fund design, fund administration processes, pathway to billability assessment, and State Plan Amendment support; and Phase II optional integration services that may be authorized separately to support RHTP objectives through program analysis, baseline assessments of related healthcare initiatives, and stakeholder engagement activities.
The document specifies that specific deliverables, milestones, schedules, and acceptance criteria shall be defined in applicable Statements of Work or other authorized procurement documents issued following contract award. Phase II services are explicitly optional and require separate authorization and approval through contract amendments or other procurement mechanisms. The contract is available for use by state agencies and affiliates on an as-needed basis. No specific pricing terms, budget amounts, response dates, or contract term information are detailed in this deliverables document; such information would be contained in the primary solicitation and resulting contract terms.
