About this file

This is an Executive Summary document from the State of Oklahoma's Office of Management and Enterprise Services (OMES) Central Purchasing division outlining mandatory response requirements for the SW0310M Community Paramedicine Consulting Services contract opportunity. The RFP seeks responses from potential suppliers to develop and deploy deployment strategies for Community Paramedicine in Oklahoma, including establishing a path to a sustainable payment model, with potential extensions to integrate with the Rural Health Transformation Program (RHTP). Bidders must provide comprehensive responses to all required questions, and failure to respond to any item may result in the proposal being deemed unresponsive. The contract will be available for use by state agencies and affiliates on an as-needed basis.

Bidders are required to submit detailed company information including length of experience in Community Paramedicine and Mobile Integrated Healthcare strategies, a general company description, organizational structure with an organizational chart, core competencies, estimated number of clients, experience with Community Paramedicine payment models, and documentation of locations where the bidder's solutions have been previously deployed. The document establishes that all responses to the Executive Summary section are mandatory and will be evaluated as part of the overall proposal assessment.
