The project is funded through the Northeast Interim Facilities Program, which addresses utility service needs for projected population growth from 2025 to 2031 in the northeast County area. Proposers must be enrolled in the E-Verify program, provide proof of employment eligibility, carry comprehensive insurance including Worker's Compensation, Commercial General Liability, Automobile Liability, and Professional Liability coverage, and comply with bonding requirements for projects exceeding $200,000. Submission of detailed reference questionnaires, conflict of interest certifications, and compliance with county utility standards is required, with all documents submitted electronically through the Collier County Procurement Services Division Online Bidding System.
