The procurement evaluation will utilize a 100-point scoring system based on six criteria: ability of professional personnel (20 points), certified minority business enterprise participation (5 points), past performance (25 points), project approach and time/budget requirements (20 points), location (10 points), and recent/current/projected workloads (20 points). The project is funded through the Northeast Interim Facilities Program, which supports utility services for projected population growth from 2025 to 2031 in the northeast County area. Proposers must be enrolled in the E-Verify program and comply with comprehensive insurance requirements, including Worker's Compensation, Employer's Liability, Commercial General Liability, Automobile Liability, and Professional Liability coverage. Bonding requirements apply to projects exceeding $200,000. All proposals must be submitted electronically through the Collier County Procurement Services Division Online Bidding System.
