About this file
This document is Amendment No. 2 to a Cloud Solutions Agreement between the State of Florida's Department of Management Services and CSRA State & Local Solutions LLC. The amendment is associated with the Alternate Contract Source No. 43230000-NASPO-16-ACS, which was originally based on the State of Utah Master Agreement No. AR2478.
The amendment renews the existing Cloud Solutions contract for an additional one-year period, extending the contract's expiration date to September 30, 2021, with all previous terms and conditions remaining in effect. The document was executed on September 24, 2020, with signatures from Patrick Gillespie, Deputy Secretary of the Florida Department of Management Services, and Tracy Archer, Sr. Contracts Administrator for CSRA State & Local Solutions LLC. The renewal maintains the original contract's framework for providing cloud solutions through a software value-added reseller arrangement.
