It will utilize a hybrid cost-plus-fixed-fee and indefinite delivery indefinite quantity contract type with the ability to issue cost-plus-fixed-fee task orders. The proposal due date is not specified. An electronic library has been established with documents to be posted as they become available, and offerors are responsible for monitoring it for updates. All questions must be submitted in writing by May 20, 2020 to the identified email address.

Program Manager II Senior manager provides oversight and coordination for contract work performance.

Provides senior-level technical support where consistent with experience and qualifications. Acts independently to resolve issues associated with the development and implementation of operational programs. Provides direction and support to the

GSFC environmental contract Program Manager as appropriate.

Bachelor’s degree Minimum of 15 years of relevant experience, include minimum of 10 years in managing projects, contracts, funds and resources.

Project Manager II Overall responsibility to ensure performance of work on the GSFC environmental contract.

Coordinates with the GSFC COR for the management of work on this contract. Provides direction to technical staff, support staff, and subcontractors to ensure efficient and timely completion of all work under the contract. Liaisons with corporate managers to obtain support for contracts, finance, HR, S&H, and QA functions.

May lead one or more core SOW program areas.

Bachelor’s degree in relevant filed.

Five years of experience may substitute for degree.

Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, include minimum of 5 years in managing projects, contracts, funds and resources.

Project Manager I Supports performance of work on the GSFC ECS contract. Assists in coordinating with the |GSFC

COR for the management of work on this contract.

Specialist II
