The contractor will assist NASA in meeting objectives of the GSFC Environmental Management Program, including waste prevention and management, water management, air management, environmental program management, environmental planning and impact assessment, environmental liability management, and natural resources management. The contractor will also establish and maintain common processes and procedures to ensure NASA's facilities are operating in compliance with environmental regulations. Services will be provided at GSFC's Greenbelt campus, Wallops Flight Facility, and any other NASA facility with environmental responsibility, oversight, or liability. This competitive procurement will result in a hybrid cost-plus-fixed-fee contract with both core requirements and indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity task orders. The total potential period of performance is five years with a base period of one year, and four one-year option periods. Questions regarding the solicitation must be submitted in writing by May 20, 2020.
