This Request for Information from the Federal Aviation Administration solicits industry feedback on draft documents for a follow-on Security System Design and Integration contract. The RFI describes requirements for a complete technical refresh of security systems at FAA staffed facilities, which may include replacement of physical access control, surveillance, and perimeter intrusion detection systems. Access control solutions must meet HSPD-12 and NIST FIPS standards and be on the GSA approved products list. All facilities must be accessible for remote monitoring via the FAA's security management system. Interested vendors must register in SAM using NAICS code 561621 and sign a document security notice to receive secure access to the RFI attachments by August 3rd, 2017. Responses will be used for informational purposes only.
