About this file

This is a Contract Amendment (Amendment Seven) issued by the Arizona Department of Economic Security for Contract Number CTR055585 with Equifax Workforce Solutions LLC. The amendment modifies an existing contract for Income and Employment Verification Services.

The contract involves providing a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution with an API, web portal, and batch processing system to verify income, employment, and social security numbers. The services are designed to assist state departments in determining eligibility for aid, preventing fraud, identifying overpayments, and collecting child support obligations. The amendment specifically clarifies technical requirements for batch processing, including input and delivery specifications, with a 30-day lookback period for records. The services will provide automated or manual data access through web, integrated system, or secure batch website channels, with the understanding that service level agreements (SLAs) apply to web portal and integrated access but not to batch processing.
