About this file

This document is a Price Sheet (Attachment 10) for Income and Employment Verification Services, which appears to be a contract between a service provider and a state government agency. The document details pricing structures for various verification and fraud detection services, with a focus on flexible pricing models and tiered cost options.

The contract covers multiple service categories including client match/hit pricing, licensing costs, integration services, and additional optional services such as fraud detection for multiple benefits, home address verification, incarceration monitoring, deceased participant identification, and asset verification. The pricing is structured with progressive tiers based on annual usage volumes, ranging from 0-500,000 matches/hits to over 1,250,000, with costs varying across a five-year contract period from 7/1/2021 to 6/30/2026. The document offers two primary pricing approaches: a per-client match/hit model and an alternative annual commitment model, with provisions for annual increases, minimum volume requirements, and overage charges. Integration services are priced by job titles like Project Manager and Solution Architect, and optional services include specialized fraud and verification checks with specific volume expectations.
