About this file
Amendment No. 6 to Contract No. HW552 is an extension agreement between the Florida Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) and Professional Services Industries, Inc. (PSII), headquartered at 5801 Benjamin Center Drive, Suite 112, Tampa, FL 33634. This amendment extends the existing waste cleanup program services contract that was originally effective December 10, 2010.
The amendment extends the contract for an additional six-month period from June 10, 2021, through December 9, 2021, under the same terms and conditions as the original agreement. The extension covers four service areas within the DEP's Bureau of Waste Cleanup: Waste Site Cleanup, Site Investigation, Brownfields, and CERCLA Site Screening. The amendment updates contract management contact information for both the DEP and the contractor across each service area and clarifies employee eligibility requirements, mandating that PSII and any authorized subcontractors utilize the U.S. Department of Homeland Security's E-Verify system to verify employment eligibility of all workers. The amendment was signed by PSII on May 19, 2021, and by the Florida DEP on May 27, 2021.
