About this file
This document is Amendment No. 16 to Agency Term Contract No. GC832, a rate increase amendment executed between the Florida Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) and WES Environmental, LLC. The original contract, dated February 25, 2014, provides petroleum contamination site response action services in the North Region of Florida. This amendment implements rate increases to the contractor's fee schedule in accordance with contract provision 11.B, following the contractor's submission of detailed justification and the Department's approval of the proposed increases.
The amendment modifies rates for 296 pay items across the contract's scope of services, including mobilization costs, drilling and boring operations, soil and water sampling and analysis, well installation and abandonment, excavation and dewatering services, remediation system installation and operation, and professional engineering and consulting services. Rate increases range from approximately 4.0 percent to 5.0 percent, with the majority of increases at the maximum allowable 5.0 percent threshold specified in the contract. The new rates in Attachment D (V3.6) became effective on June 10, 2024, and apply only to new work assignments offered on or after the Rate Change Date, while all pre-Rate Change Date assignments continue to apply the prior rate schedule. The amendment does not add, delete, or modify any line items in the contract, and all other terms and conditions remain in effect.
