About this file
Amendment No. 10 to DEP Agency Term Contract No. GC832
This document is Amendment No. 10 to Agency Term Contract No. GC832, executed between the Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP) and WES Environmental, LLC. The contract, originally executed on February 25, 2014, provides petroleum contamination site response action services in the North Region of Florida. This amendment modifies the rate schedule for services previously contracted under the indefinite delivery vehicle agreement.
The amendment implements rate changes to existing pay items effective for new work assignments offered on or after the Rate Change Date of June 4, 2021. The contractor requested both rate increases and decreases across the service categories. Rate increases, which do not exceed the maximum 5% allowable under contract provision 11.B.ii, apply to the majority of services including mobilization, drilling and boring, well installation, sample collection, laboratory analysis, soil source removal, remediation system work, and professional engineering services. Conversely, certain pay items received rate reductions, including specific storage tank removal services, laboratory analysis items, and equipment use charges. The revised rate schedule (Attachment D, Version 3.3) comprises 27 pages and includes over 200 individual line items covering services ranging from field activities and drilling operations to remediation system installation, operation and maintenance, professional services, and reports. All pre-Rate Change Date work assignments continue to apply the prior rate schedule, with no changes to line item definitions or contract scope.
