The contract was originally executed on February 25, 2014, and this amendment was signed on January 19, 2024, by Jessica Kramer, Deputy Secretary of the Florida Department of Environmental Protection, and the President of WES Environmental, LLC.
The contract provides petroleum contamination site response action services under the Petroleum Restoration Program. Amendment No. 15 extends the contract for a six-month period from February 14, 2024, through August 14, 2024, with all terms and conditions remaining unchanged during this extension. A critical modification specifies that no new Purchase Orders or Task Assignments may be issued or executed after August 14, 2024; however, the contract continues in effect for up to twelve months following the extended term to allow completion of any Purchase Orders or Task Assignments issued during the renewal or extended period. Any Purchase Orders or Task Assignments extending beyond the extended term remain subject to change as appropriate.
