About this file
This is Amendment No. 12 to DEP Agency Term Contract No. GC832, an indefinite delivery vehicle between the Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP) and WES Environmental, LLC. The original contract was executed on February 25, 2014, to provide petroleum contamination site response action services in the North Region of Florida. The amendment, effective May 25, 2022, modifies pricing for services already under contract and does not add, delete, or otherwise modify any line items contained in the original contract.
Amendment No. 12 adjusts rates for 139 pay items across the contract's comprehensive scope of petroleum remediation services, including drilling and boring, well installation and abandonment, sample collection, laboratory analysis, soil source removal, debris removal and disposal, remedial system construction and operation, and professional engineering services. Rate changes range from increases of up to 15 percent to decreases of up to 20.21 percent, with most adjustments falling between 5 and 15 percent. The amended rates apply exclusively to new work assignments offered on or after the Rate Change Date of May 25, 2022; all pre-existing work assignments continue under the prior rate schedule. The contractor's Rate Schedule was updated to Version 3.4 (V3.4) and includes detailed pricing across 21 major service categories covering mobilization, field activities, laboratory services, remedial action construction and operation, and professional services. The rate increases were requested by the contractor in accordance with provision 11.C of the contract, and the Department approved the adjustments as justified.
