Locate trees with full description and size (measured at breast height) within project limits to include ornamental shrubs.

Establish two (2) site benchmarks

Topographic coverage will be limited to roadway on East, 50 feet west of buildings, South of

Southerly drain field, and North by Historic Building.

Perform Double Ring Infiltration test.

Deliverable: (These are the payment triggers – what items will consultant provide to FDEP, including format, size, number, minimum content, due date, etc)

8.5 x 11 Report describing subsurface materials encountered, measured in ground water and estimated “normal” seasonal high groundwater (if encountered), a generalized soil profile and provide geotechnical recommendations and allowable bearing capacity for each of the two (2) proposed shallow foundations.

Subtask 1E: Site Design (NEW TASK)

Civil Scope:

o Site modifications per the most current FDEP approved layout as well as design of a retention pond and storm water treatment strategy necessary to offset the revised impact area. Assumptions included are as follows:

Proposed pond location does not impact any wetlands.

Dry pond design will be required per City of Tallahassee special basin criteria.

Existing soils within proposed pond location have restrictive infiltration rates so excavation of the existing soils may be necessary which would require clean fill for the bottom of the pond.

Dry pond design depth may require fill of the site to increase the elevation.

Assumed pond area provided to FDEP was an estimate and the pond may grow according to final design requirements.

Architectural Scope o Site plan documentation
