Offeror to include one or two paragraph(s) describing how Offeror derived pricing proposed in Pricing Document.

Offeror Response:

Our approach was based on a comprehensive analysis of the engineering services required for the project. We began by carefully evaluating the request for proposal with consideration taken for detailed design work, permitting, and any necessary environmental assessments. Our pricing reflects the cost of professional engineering hours, including the expertise needed for planning, design, and coordination with regulatory agencies. The cost of labor, overhead, and profit were taken into account and fall in line with rates from many of our competitors. Our rates account for the extensive and iterative QC process that is applied to all phases of our delivery.

We also considered the level of effort required for each phase of the project, ensuring that our team’s qualifications and experience are appropriately aligned with the tasks at hand. By leveraging industry benchmarks and our experience with similar projects, we developed a pricing model that is both competitive and realistic, ensuring that all necessary resources are accounted for without overestimating costs. This approach allows us to offer a well-rounded and cost-effective solution that meets the Arizona Department of Environmental Quality’s needs while adhering to their budgetary constraints
