The model uses compliance data and includes a program they created for reaching out to water systems to provide them with solutions. Through the program, Nam has helped prevent 15 systems from going out of compliance, impacting around 300,000 people. Currently, it continues to help provide clean water to communities across Arizona. The project was recognized by the governor of Arizona and won multiple awards in 2023. |

| Describe experience in performing Services similar to those that are to be assigned: |
| Brian’s 20-year career has focused on the communication of technology for water and wastewater treatment systems. This focus has included the design of whole electrical systems, for aspects such as entire chemical systems, HVAC, and SCADA. To design a plant's electrical system, Brian makes sure every component is connected and identifies the programming necessary to run the system smoothly. With experience ranging from lift stations to 300 MGD plants, Brian understands that the challenges of each project are unique to the system’s size, needs, and long-term goals. He also understands that the electrical system functions as a plant’s nervous system, and without its reliability, plant processes have the potential to miscommunicate, resulting in inefficiencies and costly issues. Because of that understanding, Brian works closely with client staff and design engineers to develop tailored solutions specific to each facility that are both cost effective and have long-term reliability. |
