About this file
This document is an attachment detailing the required contents for a Medical Network Build Report for the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Community Care Network (CCN) Next Generation Medical contract. The report mandates a comprehensive document that provides ongoing updates about network build issues, including a summary of identified challenges requiring action plans, a detailed overview of resolution strategies, and a full listing of providers in recruitment.
The provider recruitment listing must include specific details for each provider such as name, specialty, services covered, care site locations, initial contact date, contracting and credentialing dates, and provider directory loading date. The report is designed to be organized by Veterans Affairs Medical Center (VAMC) catchment areas, with the expectation that reporting will align with the contractor's internal systems while meeting VA's information requirements. The document appears to be part of a larger solicitation (Solicitation Number: 36C10G26R0003) for medical network development services.
