COND# 24786 applies to S# 3
1. The owner/operator of 5-3 shall not exceed 4368 hours of operation in any consecutive 12-month period.
[Basis: Cumulative Increase; Toxic Risk Screen;
Regulation 2-51
2. The owner/operator of S-3 shall comply with the requirements of Regulation 9-8-304 by January 1, 2012, or the requirements of 9-8-305 by January 1, 2016. If the owner/operator elects to comply with Regulation 9-8-305, the owner/operator shall notify the District in writing no later than January 1, 2012.

3. Deleted. (S-i has been removed from service.)

4. The owner/operator shall abate S-3 by the properly maintained and properly operated A-3 during all times of operation. [Basis:

9. In order to demonstrate compliance, the owner/operator shall maintain the following monthly records in a District-approved log for S-3:
a. Hours of operation for each engine;
b. Fuel usage and sulfur content of the fuel for each engine;
c. All source test data to demonstrate compliance.
This log shall be retained on site for at least two years from the date of entry and be made available to district staff upon request. [Basis:

COND# 24845 applies to S# 4
1. The owner/operator of S-4 shall not exceed 4368 hours of operation in any consecutive 12-month period.

3. The owner/operator shall remove S-2 from service prior to startup operation of 5-4.

4. The owner/operator shall abate S-4 by the properly maintained and properly operated A-4 during all times of operation.

5. The owner/operator shall not exceed any of the following limits at S-4:
(a) NOx: 2.69 g/bhp-hr;
(b) CO: 0.16 g/ bhp-hr;

6. The owner/operator shall conduct a District-approved source test within 60 days of start-up of S-4 for NOx, and CO in order to demonstrate compliance with emission limits specified in Part 5. The owner/operator shall submit the report of the results within 45 days of the source test.

7. The owner/operator shall properly install and operate the following monitoring equipment at S-4:
(a) A non-resettable totalizing meter that measures the hours of operation for each new stationary prime engine;
(b) A backpressure monitor that notifies the owner or operator when the high backpressure limit of the engine is approached.
