About this file
This is Amendment No. 5 to Wisconsin Department of Administration Contract #505ENT-M11-HOSTEDVOIP-01 for Hosted Voice Over Internet Protocol Services between the State of Wisconsin, Department of Administration and AT&T Corp (previously AT&T Global Services). The amendment incorporates new terms, conditions, and pricing for the addition of "AT&T Conferencing with Skype for Business" service to the existing contract, executed on February 6, 2017.
The amendment adds AT&T Microsoft Skype for Business Managed Service as a new unified communications service category. The contract establishes a commitment level of 15,001 UC Skype Profiles to be operational by month 36, with a 42-month initial minimum term and a 90-day ramp-up period. Pricing includes three profile tiers: UC Skype Basic Profile at $7.30/month, UC Skype Standard Profile at $8.10/month, and UC Skype Enhanced Profile at $13.25/month. Non-recurring charges range from $30-$50 per user for deployment services, with additional integration charges of $3,000 each for Active Directory, SIP trunk, and Exchange integration. The service includes remote monitoring, management, MACD support, training, and various telecommunications equipment options through lease or purchase arrangements. Failure to meet the minimum profile commitment by month 39 will result in pricing adjustments subject to negotiation between the parties.
