About this file

This is Amendment No. 12 to Contract 505ENT-M11-HOSTEDVOIP-01, a contract amendment between the State of Wisconsin Department of Administration and AT&T Global Services (204 S. Akard Street, Dallas, TX 75020). The amendment incorporates AT&T's commitments outlined in the State's request for corrective action and makes several significant changes to the existing contract terms.

The contract covers Hosted Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) Services. Key modifications include the complete elimination of the State's commitment level obligations, removal of minimum order requirements (specifically the 50-user minimum for Monthly Recurring Charges), and substantial changes to termination provisions that now allow the State to terminate for any reason with 30 days written notice without penalty. The amendment maintains existing pricing structures for non-recurring charges and monthly recurring charges for profiles and service desk support, while adding new contract performance administration requirements that mandate best commercial practices and first-quality materials and workmanship. These changes appear to significantly favor the State by removing financial commitments and providing greater contract flexibility.
