AG-7335-S-10-0014-0006 ATTACHMENT 39 - Q & A MAY 12, 2010
1. QUESTION: Vigeant, Atoka Co. Sheet 2 (Attachment 21 Vigeant project plan view) Prop. Leveling show a quantity of 500 cy on the summary. The bid schedule (Attachment 20) item number 6 show a quantity of 3 (EA) Excavation, Leveling. Is the quantity 500cy each or 500cy for all 3?
ANSWER: 500 CY of earthwork for all three.
2. QUESTION: Vigeant and Hayes, Atoka Co. Bid items 13,14 ,24 and 25 (seeding fescue mixture and native grass) show planting a temporary cover crop may be necessary and is subsidiary to these items. What determines if the temporary cover crop is to be planted (time of year)?
ANSWER: If outside the planting date specified, then crop cover is required. Consult the construction specifications for further clarification.
3. QUESTION: Hoogendoorn, Bryan Co. At the site showing It was stated there was an adequate amount of material on site for bid item number 4 Bermuda Mulch Sod (Harvested Mulch Sod). Can this be verified?
ANSWER: Yes, there is an adequate amount of material in the WRP easement boundary.
