DOLLY COPP RECONSTRUCTION PROJECT AG-1484-S-16-0002 04/18/2016

Additional clarification on question 1.

1. Eversource has been non-responsive. Can you clarify if Eversource is pulling and supplying new wire through conduit and supplying the transformers? If it remains unknown we will carry these items.

-Eversource is supplying and pulling the Primary Power lines shown on the plans. They are also supplying the transformers.

1. The last quote the government has received from Eversource to do this work was between $250,000.00 and $280,000.00. This is just an estimate – and you will need to confirm with Eversource what they will charge your company to perform the work.

Our line extension prices have remained unchanged since last we estimated the rough cost, so this ballpark estimate remains the same at $250k - $280k. The design remains the same, along with the utility details handbook. Mario had made some changes to the plans that we reviewed with you, and I believe you were going to mark those up and make the changes. I haven't seen this final set to ensure the changes were incorporated.

Once a contractor is on board, and excavation is ready to begin, Mario will need to meet onsite to stake actual locations, and get actual footages, from this the prepayment bill from Eversource would be created.
