About this file
This document is a Statement of Work Attachment C providing a partial example phasing plan for Project 554-26-101, Reslope Shower Floors in Building H at the RMR VAMC (Rocky Mountain Regional Veterans Affairs Medical Center) in Aurora, Colorado, dated October 2, 2025.
The phasing plan outlines a 20-week project schedule divided into 12 phases, with work distributed across multiple units (H1, H2, H3, K2, and K3) containing a total of 89 rooms ranging from 33 to 85 square feet each. The plan specifies that work should be completed in three rooms per phase, with eight work days allocated per phase. Critical sequencing requirements include completing all work in H2 (Mental Health) first, implementing a one-phase break between work in different H2 areas (south west, north west, and east), and completing work in one H2 area before moving to a new area. The document emphasizes that H2 work requires a dedicated contractor staff member per room to monitor the door, manage inventory, and protect tools, as tools cannot be left unattended or accessible to patients. Each room is identified by unit and room number, with designated east or west orientation, and the schedule uses color-coded phases and daily work blocks to track progress across the 20-week timeline.
