About this file
This is a Request for Proposal (RFP) No. BPM006719 for Statewide Emergency Response Solutions and Services, issued by the Arizona Department of Administration's State Procurement Office. The document focuses on infrastructure security controls and data protection requirements for potential contractors, specifically outlining the Arizona Baseline Infrastructure Security Controls (Attachment 13) and Prerequisite Assessment of Arizona Baseline Infrastructure Security Controls (Attachment 14).
The solicitation requires contractors to comply with specific data security standards, including following National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) SP800-53 Security and Privacy Controls. Contractors must adhere to different security control levels based on data classification: NIST Low Impact for Public State Data and NIST Moderate Impact for Confidential State Data. The RFP mandates that contractors either have existing AZRAMP, FedRAMP, or StateRAMP Authorization or complete a multi-stage assessment process, including submitting prerequisite control sheets, undergoing AZRAMP assessment within 45 days of contract award, and potentially obtaining StateRAMP Authorization in the future. The document is signed by a representative from USA UP Star, indicating their intent to comply with these security requirements.
