About this file
This is an evaluation criteria document issued by the State of Nebraska for solicitation number 120277 O3 for a Vital Records Management System, with responses due by December 20, 2024, at 2:00 pm CST. The document outlines the mandatory submission requirements including a signed Contractual Agreement Form, Corporate Overview, Technical Response, and Cost Sheet. The cost evaluation methodology is detailed with a formula that awards maximum points to the lowest cost submission, with other submissions scored proportionally using the formula: (Lowest Cost Submitted / Cost Submitted) x Maximum Possible Cost Points = Cost Points to Award. The document includes example calculations demonstrating how the cost points would be awarded under different pricing scenarios.
