About this file
This is a Mandatory Specifications exhibit for the Office of Management and Enterprise Services (OMES) Central Purchasing division in Oklahoma, establishing requirements for dishwasher rental, lease, and related service contracts to support state agencies, educational institutions, and eligible affiliates. The specifications detail equipment requirements including low-temperature and high-temperature dishwashing machines, undercounter and door-type units, with capacity standards ranging from 25 to 40 racks per hour depending on machine type. Suppliers must provide equipment meeting NSF International standards, with specifications covering door dimensions, water usage efficiency, energy consumption limits, and noise level requirements not exceeding 85 decibels. The specifications require machines capable of handling various dish types and sizes and mandate compliance with state and federal safety regulations, including electrical and plumbing standards specific to commercial kitchen environments.
Service and maintenance requirements include response times for equipment repairs, spare parts availability, and preventive maintenance schedules to ensure minimal downtime for state facilities. The contract encompasses related dishwashing cleaning compounds and dispensers, requiring suppliers to provide products that are effective, safe for use in commercial settings, and compatible with the specified equipment. Suppliers must demonstrate capability to deliver and install equipment at multiple locations across Oklahoma and maintain an adequate inventory of replacement parts and cleaning supplies. The statewide contract structure allows all eligible state agencies, school districts, cities, counties, and higher education institutions to utilize the awarded supplier's services, with pricing established through a competitive bidding process and subject to volume discounts based on anticipated aggregate usage across all participating entities.
