About this file

This file contains statewide contract terms established by the Oklahoma Office of Management and Enterprise Services (OMES) Central Purchasing division for use by state agencies, educational institutions, and other eligible governmental entities including school districts, cities, counties, and higher education institutions. The contract SW0041 is for dishwashing rentals and leases, related maintenance services, and dietary and dishwashing cleaning compounds and dispensers to support operational needs across Oklahoma's public sector entities. The contract is structured as a firm, fixed-price agreement for indefinite delivery and quantity, with no guaranteed minimum or maximum purchase volumes required.

Pricing is established on a not-to-exceed basis with all quoted prices required to include a 1% contract management fee that is non-separable and cannot be itemized separately on invoices. Suppliers must submit quarterly usage reports within 45 days following each calendar quarter (reporting periods: January 1-March 31, April 1-June 30, July 1-September 30, and October 1-December 31), detailing transaction information including procuring entity, order date, purchase order number, location, product descriptions, quantities, unit prices, and prices charged to purchasing entities. Contract management fee payments must be received within 45 calendar days after each quarterly reporting period and should reference the applicable contract number and reporting period. Individual ordering documents between suppliers and customers do not amend the master contract and apply only to the specific customer transaction, with any contract amendments requiring signature by the State Purchasing Director or designee, or the Chief Information Officer for information technology and telecommunications contracts.

However, an amendment to the contract shall be signed by the State Purchasing Director or designee.
