About this file

This technical response exhibit is part of a statewide contract solicitation issued by the Oklahoma Office of Management and Enterprise Services (OMES) Central Purchasing division for dishwasher rentals, leases, maintenance services, and cleaning compounds. The contract is intended to serve state agencies, educational institutions, school districts, cities, counties, and higher education institutions throughout Oklahoma. Suppliers must address their experience providing commercial dishwasher equipment rentals and related services to public-sector and institutional customers; identify servicing centers that will support the contract; provide references of similar public-sector customers currently served; demonstrate compliance with NSF, UL/ETL, EPA, OSHA, and other regulatory standards; and describe their ability to meet lease and rental term options including month-to-month extensions with equipment replacement cycles of at least every five years.

Suppliers must detail their pricing methodology, including how offered pricing remains at or below fair market value, and specify any bulk order discounts, savings bundles for combined dishwasher rentals and cleaning compounds, and additional rebates or incentives. Technical requirements include describing all proposed equipment models with certifications and performance benefits; confirming compliance with NSF sanitation standards, UL/ETL certification, EPA efficiency guidance, OSHA safety requirements, and applicable building codes; and identifying any value-added services such as remote diagnostics, automatic performance reporting, training, efficiency reporting, and sanitation audits, noting which services are included at no cost and which require additional expenses. Suppliers must also address preventative and corrective maintenance capabilities with response timelines and technician coverage; describe temporary replacement equipment provisions; detail all chemical products proposed including detergents, sanitizers, and degreasers with EPA, USDA, and OSHA compliance; specify chemical dispensing systems with safety interlocks and dosing accuracy; and explain statewide logistics capabilities to support 7-14 day delivery intervals across urban and rural Oklahoma locations.
