Notes
Each Service Contract Inventory record represents one queryable vendor slice from a source SCI row. A prime vendor record carries the row-level totals such as total dollars invoiced, total contractor hours, total FTEs, subcontractor count, and derived hourly rate. A subcontractor record carries its reported hours and FTEs, but SCI does not report per-subcontractor dollars.
Use this data type for service-contract footprint, contractor-reliance, workshare, FTE, and workforce-rebalancing questions. It complements federal awards and IDVs; it is not the same as filtering awards or IDVs by the Service Contract Inventory legislative mandate value.
